TAA metal technology research and development

The company has been assessed “the State-level High and New Technology Enterprise”, and the technical research and development center is assessed “the Shandong Province Metal Abrasive Project Technology Center”, there are 22 workers who are engaged in the research development and 5 people of them are senior engineer, and 16 people are Bachelor degree or above.
The company devotes continuously to the new products research and development and the application technology of the metal abrasive in the following areas, shipyard, container, founder, steel, automobile, aviation, wind electricity, and stone cutting industry, In which regard selecting the different microstructure, the performance of the steel shot and grit products and the whole application plan for the different areas and products as the correspondingly primarily aim.
We have the cooperation project with Beijing General Iron and Steel Research Institute, University of Science and Technology Beijing (original Beijing Institute of Iron and steel Industry), the Shandong University of Technology. At present, “the steel shot physical defect‘s form theory and the Optimization of Process”, “the grain super-refinement, heating and quenching craftwork”, the molten steel’s external refining ” and so on, the project research and development are ongoing now.
