A、 Shot Blasting (click herefor more information) Shot blasting means using rotary vane wheel with high speed to blast abrasives to hit work pieces for cleaning the surfaces or distort the surfaces crystal lattice to improve the hardness of the surfaces. Before shot blasting, the integrality of the shot blasting machine should be checked up. Right current, blasting angle and shot blasting speed should be chosen according to different types of shot blasting machine. The quality of abrasives has great affection on the quality of surface treatment, such as the hardness, grain size and metallographic structure of abrasive all can affect the shot blasting effect. B、 Sandblasting (click herefor more information) After shot blasting treatment, a lot of subtle wrests and trough, namely surface roughness, would appear on the surface of steel materials. Coating goes into the bottom of the trough deeply, and the crests bite into the coating like teeth. So the surface roughness is described as “anchor” or “mechanical teeth” in coating circle. If the pollutant is covered by the coating, the mechanical and chemical adhesive force of the coating would be affected, and the coating would become ineffective. Therefore, the sandblasting is needed to provide surface roughness for the coating and to make the molecules of the coating closely touch steel surface in a chemical way. According to English Empire Chemical Corporation, the life of coating is restricted by three factors, pre-treatment accounting for 60%, coating application 25% and coating quality 15%. C、 Strengthening (click herefor more information) The fatigue life of any metal part that operated in alternation load condition and subjecting to the action of cycling stress needs to be improved by strengthening workmanship. As you know, crack is difficult to form or expand in a stress zone. Almost all fatigue and stress invalidation take place on the surface or close to surface of parts. The life of the metal parts can be obviously prolonged through sand spraying strengthening stress. Residue compressive stress produced by strengthening must be up to half of the tension strength of the part. After heat treatment, the strengthening of gears and planet gears of gear wheels is the final working procedure, which can prolong the service life of gear wheels by adopting steel shots with high speed to hit the bending part of the root of the gear wheels and producing compressive stress on the surface while breaking tensile stress and improving the performances of the bending resistance and fatigue resistance of the roots of the gear wheels. Strengthening is also high speed shot blasting, requiring steel shots different from common ones in heat treatment, molding, etc., and 10 (HRC)higher in Rockwell hardness. D、 Stone Cutting (click herefor more information) To cut stone by using metal abrasives and kinetic energy of water jet flow, in the process of cutting, there’s no chemical change, and have some advantages such as no affection on the chemical and physical performances of stone materials, no heat deformation, narrow lancing, high precision, smooth cutting surface, cleanness and no pollution.etc. |
